Vala Rae Bennett is the visionary owner and lesson plan specialist behind VRB Gymnastics, renowned for her expertise in crafting captivating and developmentally appropriate gymnastics programs for preschoolers. Drawing on her extensive experience as a former gymnast and coach, Vala has built an accomplished preschool program, blending creativity with structure to ensure every young gymnast thrives. Her lesson plans are dynamic, individualized, and engaging, providing a foundation of active play, exploration, and creativity that supports children’s growth in a welcoming and vibrant environment.

In 2021, Vala launched VRB Gymnastics Media to make her valuable resources available online to gym owners and coaches worldwide, empowering them to enhance their programs with her tried-and-true techniques and innovative ideas. Her approach combines bright colors, themed activities, and age-appropriate equipment, ensuring each session is both fun and educational for children.

Beyond the gym, Vala is an accomplished musician, serving as the lead singer and guitarist for the Orlando-based band Strumrunner. When she’s not inspiring young gymnasts or performing on stage, Vala enjoys quality time with her husband, Dan, and their two sons. Through her diverse talents and dedication, Vala continues to inspire both in and out of the gymnastics community.
